For more than five decades, John Weil has helped buyers, sellers and property owners successfully navigate the New Orleans real estate market.
John spent approximately 25 years with Latter & Blum, including a year and a half as manager of the company’s Uptown office. As manager, all contracts written through the office came to John for review, and agents regularly turned to him for guidance when questions, contract issues or difficult situations arose. That experience gave John valuable insight into virtually every aspect of a real estate transaction and further strengthened his expertise in contracts, negotiations and problem-solving.
Today, as Broker/Owner of John Weil Realty, LLC, John puts that experience directly to work for his clients.
His knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods, property values and market conditions comes from decades of working directly with buyers and sellers. His experience ranges from single-family homes and investment properties to complex multimillion-dollar commercial transactions.
